Sa bawat pahina ng Ang Sagwan, isinusulong namin ang adhikaing maihatid ang katotohanan habang tinatahak ang mga isyung mahalaga sa kabataan. Dito, hinuhubog ang kabataang mamamahayag upang maging mapanuri, makatao, at mapanagutan sa kanilang pagsusulat.
